Scanning Documents to Upload Users are capable of uploading existed e-documents or after-scanned files to the web server.
Searching and Processing Scanned Files By assigned levels of authority, users can search files in the database quickly based on various searching conditions such as files’ names or keywords. Also, they can modify, delete, copy, print or send these files according to powers they are granted to.
Over-viewing Files By assigned levels of authority, users can manipulate files listed in tables.
System Management and Backup This feature contains functions such as settings of the system, user management, user authority and so on. Besides, considering of liability, backup and recovery for the system, each department can set up backup period and activate auto-backup based on its own preference.
