If your AS DI 4020 / AS DI 2020 had connected to PC through USB1.1, but not USB2.0 connectivity, or the ADF D-Sub 44 pin cable did not connect with scanner well, by this way, you will see the Scan Source in ScanWizard DI list "
Flatbed " in the selection only.
If your AS DI 4020 / AS DI 2020 had connected to PC through USB2.0 connectivity, but Scan Source in ScanWizard DI still list "Flatbed " in the selection. By this way, please make sure ADF D-Sub 44 pin cable is connected with scanner as below illustration.
Normally, the Scan Source in ScanWizard DI shall list the selection as below illustration.

P.S. : The function of removing the blue casting from scanned images of a white-copy paper is availabe in ScanWizard 5 V5.92 or its later version.
When the PC Windows system detects that there is not a proper scanner driver for the inastalled Microtek scanner, you will see an exclamation mark showed in front of USB Scanner in Imaging devices as following illustration. If this happened, please point your mouse at the graph of the USB Scanner and click the right button, highlight [color=993300] Update Driver Software[/color] from options and choose it. Then, your PC Windows system will search proper drivers for the connected scanner automatically. ( Or you can browse the location of scanner driver to C:\WINDOWS\system32 or C:\WINDOWS\inf manually. )

If the procedure mentioned above does not work, point your mouse at the graph of the USB Scanner and click the right button, highlight [color=993300] Uninstall [/color] at first, and then choose [color=993300] Scan for hardware changes [/color] as shown below. your PC Windows system will search proper drivers for the connected scanner again.

Once again, If the procedure mentioned above do not work, you might have possible defective problems listed as the followings :
a. A scanner H/W problem.
b. An USB cable problem
c. The scanner driver S/W installed is not the right version for this Microtek scanner.
When you install or un-install a Microtek scanner driver software under the PC Windows system, the scanner should not be connected with the PC via USB / FireWire cable; otherwise, the driver installation or un-installation procedures will be affected. Please pay extra attention to this point of views. While you install a new version of ScanWizard 5 into your PC Windows system, if you do not read the information shown below:
